Overview
Welcome to Followry. These combined Terms govern your access to and use of our website, dashboards, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Followry is a social media growth SaaS that helps creators, agencies and brands accelerate their presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick, X, Facebook, Telegram, Discord and Spotify. We strive to deliver every order reliably, transparently and securely.
Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Followry. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to promote the social media account or content you submit.
2. Orders and delivery
Most services begin processing within minutes. Depending on the platform, network conditions and provider load, certain orders may require between 12 and 72 hours to start. Delivery speed, drop-rate and quality vary by service and are described on each product page where available.
3. Account and content responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of any link, username or content URL you submit. We cannot deliver to private profiles, deleted posts, region-locked content or accounts that violate the source platform's terms.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in your local checkout currency at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal and supported crypto gateways. We never store full card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
5. Service modifications
We may add, modify, suspend or retire services at any time. If a service you ordered becomes unavailable before delivery, you are entitled to a reusable Followry credit equal to the order value (see Refund Policy).
6. Limitation of liability
Followry is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Followry's total liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy
1. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to deliver your order and operate the Platform: your email address, the public link or username you submit, basic device and browser metadata, and transactional records returned by our payment processors.
2. Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the Platform, measure performance and improve the product. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some features may stop working as expected.
3. Payment processors
Payments are handled by certified providers (Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomus, Paytiko, Binance Pay and similar). These providers receive the information they need to process the transaction. We do not store full card or bank credentials.
4. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, role-based access control and continuous monitoring. Sensitive credentials and API keys are stored in isolated secret vaults and are never exposed in the front-end.
5. Protection of your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal customer data. We only share information with vendors strictly necessary to operate the Platform (payments, hosting, fraud prevention) and when required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe in line with applicable regulations.
Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel confident ordering from Followry. The policy below explains how compensation works so there are no surprises.
1. Reusable Followry credit
Refunds on Followry are generally issued as reusable platform credit (Followry coupons) rather than reversed payments. The coupon value matches the original order amount and can be applied to any future order across any platform we support.
2. Orders not started
If an order has not begun processing within 5 days of payment, you may qualify for compensation credit equal to the order amount. Contact support and we'll take care of it.
3. Partial or technical issues
If a service is partially delivered or affected by a temporary technical issue, our team will either complete the delivery or issue compensation credit proportional to the missing volume.
4. Cancellations
Orders generally cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. If you need to update a link or correct an error, contact support immediately — we'll do our best to help before delivery starts.
5. Service cannot be completed
If a specific service cannot be completed (for example, the provider deprecates it or your link becomes unreachable), compensation is issued as reusable platform credit equal to the order value.
6. Contact support before opening a dispute
If anything goes wrong with your order, please contact our support team first. We resolve the vast majority of issues within hours. Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us slows down the resolution for everyone.
7. Chargeback abuse
Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks — particularly after a service has been delivered — may result in restriction or suspension of access to the Platform.
8. Fraud and unauthorized payments
Fraudulent activity or use of unauthorized payment methods results in permanent restriction of the account and all associated identifiers.
9. Multiple simultaneous orders
Placing multiple simultaneous orders for the same account, post or channel can affect delivery quality and drop-rate. We recommend spacing orders out for the best results.
10. Processing times
Some services start instantly while others may require 12–72 hours before processing begins. The estimated start time is shown on the service page whenever available.
Acceptable Use Policy
To keep Followry safe, reliable and compliant with payment providers, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of fraud, identity theft or misrepresentation.
- Spam, mass-messaging abuse or harassment campaigns.
- Payment abuse, including stolen card use, friendly fraud and chargeback farming.
- Use of unauthorized or unverified payment methods.
- Promotion of content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in ours.
- Attempts to exploit, reverse-engineer or overload the Platform or its APIs.
- Abuse directed at our staff, infrastructure or other customers.
Violations may result in order cancellation, account restriction or permanent suspension without refund, depending on severity.
